Transfer from the Railstation
Transfer from/to railway station Meran to Parking “Jägerrast", where the experience starts Alternatively you can arrive by car and use the Parking "Jägerrast".
Food
Daily nourishing, locally sourced meals to fuel your body and mind (breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake during the afternoon and dinner included)
Curated Guidance
Curated professional guidance - mindfulness, meaning, and reflective practices.
Practices
Daily ca. 3-4 hours mindfulness practices (yoga, breathwork, cacao, meditation) - for presence, grounding, and flow.
Hikes
Daily ca. 2-5 hours guided hikes and nature immersions - mountain streams, forest trails, and that grounding Alpine magic.
The Group
A small, intentional group setting - because meaningful experiences grow in safe, connected spaces. Minimum 8 , maximum 12 participants

1.390,00 € per person (accomodated in a shared mountain hut room) incl. all of the services described above.

Travel Registration
The retreat ‘Mountains x Mindfulness x Meaning - A Transformative Retreat’ is organised as a package tour in accordance with the Swiss Package Travel Act. The tour operator is our partner Sense of Travel in Zurich. Sense of Travel secures all customer monies as prescribed by the Swiss Travel Guarantee.
With this booking form you register bindingly for the retreat and receive an automatic registration confirmation directly by e-mail.
We organise retreats in small groups and are dependent on your binding registration. In addition to the automatic registration confirmation from us, you will receive a final confirmation including an invoice from Sense of Travel as soon as the minimum number of participants has been reached. In return, we will not ask for a deposit beforehand and we will keep you regularly informed about the organisation of the retreat.
